The Treehouse is a place for families.
Our classes run on a session basis with sign-up required in advance. If space allows, participants may join the class after the start of the session at a pro-rated rate. Please check our website for our current class schedule.
Here is a sample of some of the classes that we offer:
Grow With Me Yoga
Grow With Me Yoga is a wonderful opportunity for adults to spend some quality time with their little ones, while also getting out and socializing with others. Participants will be guided through poses with their young ones, and depending on the ages of the children in class, literature, dancing and singing may be involved!
Christine Gallo, our Grow With Me Yoga instructor is the owner of Sunflower Kids Yoga. She is certified in Kidding Around Yoga and has also trained in Radiant Child and Itsy Bitsy yoga. She is the proud mother of two boys, and is a certified elementary school teacher with 15+ years of teaching experience. Christine has used yoga, relaxation and mindfulness in and outside of her classroom and has seen first-hand the difference that it makes when a child has tools at their ready to help them manage their emotions. We will offer two Grow With Me Yoga classes, one for children who can walk (toddlers and preschoolers) and one for non-walkers (infants).
